Greg Incardona is the Vice President of Follow Your Customer, Inc. He has developed and implemented the Follow Your Customer, Customer Relation Management System that is web based and has enjoyed national success. He created his company from the ground up giving him the opportunity to learn firsthand all aspects of the business. In 2005, Greg was approached by industry leaders to help develop and design a marketing and CRM tool for the financial industry.
“This was an exciting concept for me to grow, says Incardona; it allowed me to use my years of business experience and sales to create a tool that would benefit others. The Follow Your Customer System is being used to help business and has increased business by 40% and increased past customer retention by 18%. Since 2005, he has delivered 100’s of presentations on the national and state level.”
In 2014 Incardona teamed up with Lisbeth Calandrino a noted expert in the flooring industry to promote the value of the Follow Your Customer concept to retailers across the country and Canada. They have presented workshops together at Surfaces 2015 and 2016 and are scheduled for January 2017.

Incardona, is actively involved several chambers of commerce and presents seminars to entrepreneurs stressing the importance of obtaining business information from acquaintances for future reference.
Incardona’s accomplishments include: “2006 Winner, Western Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics,” and is a Past Board Member for 10 years for the Better Business Bureau of Western Pennsylvania. He is also an active member and Past President of the Pleasant Hills Rotary Club.
